I certify that I have read the Rules & Regulations of the Majestic International Pageant™ and hereby agree to faithfully abide by said Rules & Regulations as well as all other terms and conditions of participation in the Majestic International Pageant™. I further certify that all information provided and connected with my application and participation in the international pageant is true and correct.

I hereby represent and affirm that I am of said Nationality, in correct age group; I am not pregnant; and I have never been convicted of any crime, either felony or misdemeanor, in America or in any other Country. If this paragraph is NOT answered truthfully and if you should win the title you will forfeit if any area is confirmed.

Your hair should be of natural color, No Green, Pink, Blue, Purple or Bright Red, etc. Hair should be the same length throughout the entire pageant.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majestic International Pageant™ and all of its producers, affiliates, and volunteers from all claims and damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees and costs, by reason of any suit, claims, demands, judgments or causes of action initiated by any person, persons, organizations arising or alleged to have arisen directly or indirectly from the international pageant and all events and activities associated therewith.

A $35 processing fee must be paid upon submitting application (cash, money orders or business checks are accepted). There will be a fee of $85 for ALL RETURNED CHECKS. No checks accepted at check-in on the day of pageant weekend. By submitting my application to participate as a contestant in the international pageant, I agree that the international pageant, its producers, and representatives may use, transmit, broadcast, and distribute any personal information provided in my application form, including photographs and other images in whatever form provided, for any purpose in connection with the promotion, marketing, presentation, broadcast, and performance of the international pageant.

I understand and agree that my personal information, including my image, may be broadcast on television and other forms of media throughout the world. I further understand and agree that my personal information and images may be disclosed and distributed to the international pageant sponsors, advertisers, Selection Committee Member, and participants as well as the general public.

I understand that Majestic International Pageant™ may change the date and/or location of the Majestic International Pageant™ as deemed necessary.

I fully give Majestic International Pageant™ permission to use photograph(s) of me for their promotional use locally and internationally. As agreed, all these photos will be used by Majestic International Pageant™, in publications, as part of their Promotion and Advertising without limitations, world-wide in any present and future type of advertising. I understand I will not receive any compensation for use. I fully release Majestic International Pageant™, or any of their representatives or sponsors from any other debt or liability resulting from this contest or photos taken. Majestic International Pageant has the right to accept or deny any application at their discretion. Age Division determined by the age of contestant as of January 1st of the pageant year. I have read and fully understand.
